Where will the tickets be sent out if I use my Fan Club unique presale access code to purchase the tickets? Will it take longer or will I be able to receive the tickets earlier?

Will I get better seats or at the very front row with Fan Club Presale?
Tickets are limited for each presale session. Please note there is no guarantee that presales have better seats.
I purchased the latest Nightrian membership kit, where's my merch?
The standard kits will ship within 4 weeks of purchase. The premium membership kits will start shipping again in 6-8 weeks. If you ordered a premium membership, the t-shirt and laminate will ship separately from the vinyl, litho, and slip mat package.

Where can I find my unique presale access code?
Log in to the site and visit the tour page where members will see their code above the tour listing. Once you have your code, click on the link to the show you wish to attend and enter the code in the "Offer Code" field on Ticketmaster.com. As part of this new round of presales, members can purchase a second pair of tickets for a show on the tour.
What does 'Local Time' mean?
If we state, "presales start at 10AM Local Time," this means that the presale will begin at the represented time in the local time zone where the venue is located. For example: If there is a presale in New York, it will happen at 10AM Eastern Time, and if there is a presale in California, that presale will start at 10AM Pacific Time.
How many tickets can I buy?
Paid members are each assigned a unique presale code, good for up to four (4) tickets total.
To ensure that members have access to presale tickets, we will monitor code use. Abuse or manipulation of the presale code limit is a violation of our terms of service. We reserve the right to cancel a member's ticket order and/or membership if they are found to abuse the presale privilege.
I have a Ticketmaster Fan Club bundle code. How do I set up my membership?
If you already have a registered free account: Login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen. You will be asked to verify that your profile information is current and accurate. After your click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code once more and click the 'APPLY' button to set your cart amount to $0.00. Continue your order to complete the free transaction.
Does a paid membership guarantee I can purchase tickets?
No. Paid membership is not a guarantee to purchase a ticket. Access to tickets is subject to availability, offered on a first-come-first-served basis. If your first show option is not available, you may select another show date to locate available ticket inventory.
How do I buy Fan Club presale tickets?
Login to the website, then go to the Tour section. Your member presale code and the ticketing links will appear above the tour schedule.
Click the GET TICKETS link for the show you want to attend, and you will be taken to the Ticketing site.
Enter your presale code to access the Fan Club presale in progress. IMPORTANT: do not cut and paste your code; type in each character into the field, then click the submit button.

Can I order my presale tickets over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot process ticket orders over the phone. Members must order tickets directly on the hosted online ticketing system.
After I place my order, when will I receive my tickets?
The ticketing agent will mail your tickets 4-6 weeks before the date of the show. Please contact the ticketing agent for the specifics of your ticket order fulfillment. If possible, please have your ticket order confirmation number ready.
For VIP Package offers, please read delivery details carefully. In some instances, there will be a WILL CALL pick up requirement. This means you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office, on the evening of the concert.
Can I cancel my ticket order?
Once you place your order for tickets there are absolutely no refunds. If the show is canceled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, then you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.
What merchant name will appear on my credit card statement for the ticket purchase?
Ticketmaster or the respective official ticketing agent will be listed as the merchant/vendor, depending on who is handling the fulfillment of the tickets.
How is seating handled for people with disabilities?
We make best efforts to have wheelchair access seating available for our members. Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats. Please check with your specific venue for details.
If I renew my membership, will I receive a ticket access code for presale tickets?
During a headlining tour period, paid subscribers receive an opportunity to access Fan Club ticket presales.
How do I edit my profile?
When you are logged in with either a free or paid account, click on the Account Info button at the top of the page. You can update your profile information from there. Note - user names and display names are not changeable, but please make sure to update your email address, mailing address, etc.
What is included with a Fan Club membership?

When does my membership expire?
Your membership expires one year from the date that you create a paid account (Example: If you join Jan 1, 2017, you expire Dec 31, 2017). We will email reminders in the final 30 days of your active subscription so you can renew your account.
IMPORTANT: It is each member's responsibility to renew his/her membership prior to expiration. The Fan Club emails courtesy renewal reminders, but we are not responsible for undelivered emails.
How do I upgrade my account?
If you have a registered free or expired user account, simply login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen.

I don't have a credit card. Can I purchase a membership with a check or money order?
No. At this time, we only accept credit or debit cards for payment.
