It's Your Government Regulation. I guess they might also not allow women to arrive to the show without a veil on the Head...

There is a show 3 days before in Israel. It is also close to Iran and turkey.

These tickets are for the whole festival. there is no sell for only guns n' Roses night know. they may sell only gnr tickets 1 or 2 weeks before the concert. but it's not certain. But I think, They're going to sell them.
